Sacred Hearts Children’s Transplant Foundation has provided hundreds of stuffed animals, teddy bears, and gifts to children awaiting organ transplants. They’ve worked with children’s hospitals in Boston, Pittsburgh, and Washington, D.C.
Sacred Hearts is a subsect of the nonprofit organization, Project ASCEND.
