Mentorship Speaker Series
Project ASCEND partnered with youth organization, Youth with A Purpose, to sponsor a mentorship speaker series at High Point High School. This event featured three black men who worked in the Obama White House as speakers. They spoke with over 400 at risk youth about the importance of finishing high school, attending college, and keeping their grades high.
